Warranty and Return Policy

All returns must be sent to Aurio Lighting, Inc. at 5027 Irwindale Ave., Suite 500, Irwindale, CA 91706 with the reason for return, and proof of purchase date.

Warranty information is as follow:
LED (Light Emitting Diode) General Lighting Series 5 Years Limited Product Warranty:
AURIO Limited Product Warranty is FIVE (5) YEARS on these general lighting series including A, PAR, BR, & MR. Any product developing such defect in material or workmanship within this period will be repaired or replaced with a like product, at our option (AURIO) providing it is sent to us, AND transportation charges prepaid. Proof-of-Purchase date to AURIO Lighting, Inc., must accompany return.

This warranty is void if the product warranted has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

LED (Light Emitting Diode) Decorative & Fixtures Lighting Series 1 Year Limited Product Warranty:
AURIO Limited Product Warranty is One (1) YEAR on all other series, including Decorative and Fixtures Series. Any product developing such defect in material or workmanship within this period will be repaired or replaced with a like product, at our option (AURIO) providing it is sent to us, AND transportation charges prepaid. Proof-of-Purchase date to AURIO Lighting, Inc., must accompany return.
